Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEHALO application and website (the "Service") provided by SEHALO Inc. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SEHALO. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@sehalo.app. You may not share or transfer your account to another person.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Share illegal, obscene, or harmful content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on SEHALO. By posting content, you grant SEHALO a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights.
5. SEHALO Address & Digital Space
Your SEHALO address is a permanent identifier assigned to you. You may not sell, transfer, or impersonate another user's SEHALO address. We reserve the right to reclaim addresses that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
SEHALO offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed through Stripe or your device's app store. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the applicable platform.
7. Shop & Gifting
The SEHALO Shop allows users to send digital and physical gifts. All purchases are final unless a delivery failure occurs. Delivery addresses are encrypted and never shared with senders. Shop availability varies by recipient location.
8. Intellectual Property
The SEHALO name, logo, and all Service content not created by users are owned by SEHALO Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via app Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any prepaid subscriptions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEHALO Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
