We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Delivery addresses for shop orders are encrypted and never revealed to senders. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
SEHALO is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@sehalo.app. We respond within 30 days.
8. California Residents (CCPA)
